1. Each attendee must register individually.
2. Rates are based on delegate category and the date of receipt of the registration form and payment.
3. Registration fees include:*

d. Access to CEPSI 2021 Exhibition
e. Networking activities
f. Virtual technical and cultural tours
g. Post-event access to CEPSI 2021 recorded sessions and virtual exhibition until December 25, 2021

4. Full payment is required to confirm registration/s.
5. Groups of 10 paying delegates will be given 1 registration for FREE.
1. Rates are inclusive of 12% Value Added Tax (VAT).
2. All payments will be charged in Philippine Pesos (PHP).
3. Payments can be made through VISA, Mastercard, and JCB debit and credit cards, and through PayMaya, GCash, and WeChat Pay eWallets.

All bank and foreign exchange charges will be borne by the delegate when settling payment online or via bank transfer. The delegate must notify email@example.com of the details of bank transfer made (attach screenshot of payment confirmation) to secure registration slot.
SUBSTITUTION, CANCELLATION, AND REFUND
Registration fee is transferrable only once. However, the AESIEAP organizing committee cannot change the invoice. The delegate must send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org for any substitution that needs to be made.
Cancellations received until September 30, 2021 will be subject to a Php 2,000 fee. No refunds will be made beyond this date. This shall also apply to no-shows.
